Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit. Returns after 30 days are at the sole discretion of Silver Clouds and may be subject to restocking fees of 25% or more. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.
